june 3rd dinner

the table is set, time to get cooking. this is absolutely the best time of year for good food. great product speaks for its self and needs very little to make it sing.

first of the season tomatoes are lightly roasted and then milled to make a bright tomato soup with tybee island shrimp, yarra valley feta and georgia olive oil.

"ham salad".  roasted berkshire pork loin with celery, oil cured olives, radish, pickled ramps and creamy lemon mayo.

for the entree, coffee chili rubbed cox farms hanger steak with a quail "hobo" egg, garden chimichurri and love is love arugula salad. 


dessert.  pearson farm peach short cake with mascarpone cheese and sorghum.
