H I D I N G E R H A U T I N G | 2012

our favorite time of year!  it's been a few years since the last HidingerHaunting, so we resurrected the spirit.  the creepy menu wasn't as horrifying as it sounded and our guests left with souls and full bellies intact.
fresh meat
beef tartare with radish salad and toasted baguette. 
bloody maggots, fungus and mold
beet risotto with smoked blue cheese, hen of the woods mushrooms and wild baby greens.
daffy's autopsy
a tasting of duck.  liver, breast and confit of leg.
medieval family meal
bbq pork head with coppa roast, marinated greens and marble potatoes and apple-rosemary mostarda.
deep dark forest
chocolate mousse, whipped creme fraiche, red wine cherries and chocolate cake.
