salad, pasta, dessert

family style dinners are one of our favorite ways to dine. we kicked off this dinner with a morningside farmers market salad of arugula, radish, carrot, grilled eggplant, cherry peppers and parmesan cheese with a red wine vinaigrette.
pasta is a great dish for a family style meal. warm and comforting housemade tagliatelle with garlic-anchovy sauce, bacon, spinach and late summer tomatoes.
a rather euro dessert for staplehouse. the perfect ripe cheese! a wedge of sweet grass dairy's green hill, with a sweet watermelon and basil salad and concord grape sauce.
