sunday, august 5th. rewind.

back at it this past weekend with some awesome summer goodies. we started off with a watermelon salad with crispy iowa prosciutto, feta, wild baby greens, farro and herb vinaigrette. 
next up, tybee island shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, pickled green tomato, toasted bread and bacon jam.
braised pork belly with pepperonata and roasted baby carrot salad.
 
chocolate pots de creme with chocolate crumble, carmelized figs, whipped cream and sea salt.
